CHARLIE CULLEN

Charlie Cullen is an award winning, celebrity men’s Groomer and International Educator. With 20 years experience in the industry Charlie has had previous roles for Toni & Guy as International Artistic Director and Head of Mens Education.

Charlie has worked on international campaigns and worked with brands such as Apple, Fred Perry, Adidas, Bulldog skincare and A-Coldwall. Charlie has good relations with talent in the film/tv, music and sports worlds. He has also headed up teams for numerous mens shows at London Fashion Week.

Charlie started his career as an apprentice at Toni & Guy in 2003 and for three years he was taught by the members of international artistic team at the prestigious London academy. 

After years of building experience as a hairdresser charlie realised very early on that he had a strong passion for mens hair and barbering. He began to teach in the London flagship academy teaching on various courses but specialising in Mens education.

 In 2016 Charlie became an official member of the award winning artistic team and began to teach internationally where he has been to countries such as South Korea, Russia, Israel, Spain to name a few...

Charlie has been heavily involved in the past few campaigns for Toni & Guy and Labelm where he has been responsible for the mens imagery which is used in the window of every Toni & Guy worldwide and advertising campaigns. Not only that but has been involved in educational DVDs cutting mens hair for Toni & Guy's latest creative collection.

Charlie has worked backstage at various Fashion Weeks for the last 12 seasons and has been a head of team at London Fashion Week Mens where he liaises with designers to come up with hairstyles to complement their collection .

His previous role at Toni & Guy was the Heads of the Mens education where he rans a 3 day mens contemporary cutting course and he also developed a brand new beginners barbering course.
